Whiskeytown Lake, located 8 miles west of Redding in Northern California, stem’s its name from Whiskeytown National Recreation Area and is a favored lake by locals and tourist alike. With more than 30 feet of depth visibility of its waters and wildlife that surround the lake's 36 miles of forested shoreline, Whiskey Town is one of the most unique boating and recreational destinations in the area.
Visit our renowned Swim Beach, which offers activities for the whole family complete with boat rentals, convenience store and lifeguard’s on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
