Forever Resorts takes great pride in adhering to all applicable federal and state laws and will not share your personal information with any outside companies or vendors except for the facilitation of a business related process or financial transactions on your behalf. Personal information is deemed to include the following:

For reservations made through a travel agent, this policy applies to your personal information once we receive it.

Use of Cookies
Forever Resorts utilizes cookies to enhance your visitation experience. Cookies help to increase the load speed of our web pages, as well as with your online reservation process. They are not used to collect personally identifiable information. Cookies are not harmful, and Forever Resorts does not utilize harmful code such as malware or spyware.

Links to Other Web Sites Forever Resorts may utilize links to other web sites that are not controlled by Forever Resorts. We will make every effort to only link to sites that share our high standards for security and personal privacy, but we do not warrantee, and are not responsible for, the privacy policy, experience, or security of web sites that are not under Forever Resorts' control.

Opt-Out
In various locations on our web sites we provide visitors with an option to opt-in for e-mail and/or written correspondence, including, but not limited to, newsletters, special offers, and property updates. You may opt-out of our mailing list at any time, using the opt-out link provided in our e-mail correspondence. Children's Policy
Forever Resorts does not intend for our web sites to be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly market to, or collect data from, anyone who may be under the age of 18; and none of our data accumulating web pages (including, but not limited to, online reservations, Marketing opt-ins, and contact requests) are intended, or should be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to Privacy Policy
Forever Resorts reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, except as stated herein. You should check back periodically to review our Privacy Policy for any changes.

This Customer Privacy Policy was last revised on October 28th, 2009.

Privacy Policy: Forever Resorts makes it a policy to not provide or share our online customer data with any outside entity for any reason except for the purposes of completing credit card or other financial transactions on behalf of a customer.

Reservation Policies: All dates on reservations are considered guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures. No persons under 18 will be allowed to rent a site unless a guardian is present at all times.

Cancellation Policies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the Arrival date will forfeit the initial deposit. Guests who fail to arrive before 12:00 p.m. on the day after the agreed upon arrival date will be considered a no show. Unless proper notification was received, their site will be forfeited without refund. Moorage customers - see contract.

Rules: All vehicles must display a valid National Park Pass. This pass can be procured at the Whiskeytown Visitor's Center, or at the kiosk in the parking lot of the Campground Store. The cost is $5 a day, $10 a week, or $25 annually (Annual Pass offered through Visitor's Center only). This Fee is NOT included in the price of camping!
